Jayla better known as ‘Tonikaku Jay’, is an American hip hop artist living in Osaka Japan. He’s also a part of Keida Smokes.
He’s a regular at Shakabar and a regular sight in Dotonbori’s night streets. We were first introduced to him when Hazu had a karaoke competition with him and crushed him to save her wallet.
